Sr Proj Mgmt Specialist

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Aero Duty Drawback project from initiation to closure
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
• Utilize data analytics to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes, particularly in relation to duty drawback calculations and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project metrics and insights to stakeholders effectively, ensuring that all parties are informed of the project's financial and operational impacts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies throughout the project
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices
  

Qualifications

You must have:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate project status/challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  

We Value

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in a senior project management role & knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Experience in auditing will be beneficial to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement
• Desirable proficiency in coding tools such as Python or R, SQL
