Job Description: 5+ years experience in PHP Laravel Developer

Position Overview

PHP Laravel Developer


Application Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of a scalable call center application using

    Laravel

    .
  • Implement features such as

    user management, call routing, ticketing, reporting dashboards, IVR workflows, and CRM integrations

    .
  • Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end (web & mobile) consumption.

Database & Performance Optimization

  • Design relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with scalable schema and efficient queries.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low-latency response.
  • Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) for performance enhancement.

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure

    data security, encryption, and compliance

    with telecom/IT standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS if applicable).
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.

Testing & Deployment

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Perform

    unit testing, integration testing, and debugging

    to ensure reliability.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean).


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with

    PHP (7.x/8.x) & Laravel framework

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and queue management

    (e.g., Laravel Queue, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  • Experience with

    REST APIs, WebRTC, and real-time communication technologies

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    OOP, MVC, and design patterns

    .
  • Familiarity with

    front-end basics

    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React is a plus).
  • Experience with

    Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes

    .
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
