About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge web applications, contributing to the development, maintenance, and optimization of our digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in PHP and related technologies, with a passion for creating scalable, efficient, and secure web applications. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into functional, high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with web frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Experience with database design, management, and optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Solid understanding of web security best practices and data protection
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous
- Knowledge of React or Node.js will be considered an added benefit
Responsibilities
