Job Description: 5+ years experience in PHP Laravel Developer Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled PHP Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain a robust Call Center Application. The ideal candidate should have expertise in backend development using Laravel, a solid understanding of VoIP/telephony systems, and experience integrating APIs, databases, and real-time communication technologies. Application Development Design, develop, and maintain the backend architecture of a scalable call center application using Laravel . Implement features such as user management, call routing, ticketing, reporting dashboards, IVR workflows, and CRM integrations . Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices for front-end (web & mobile) consumption. Database & Performance Optimization Design relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) with scalable schema and efficient queries. Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low-latency response. Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) for performance enhancement. Security & Compliance Ensure data security, encryption, and compliance with telecom/IT standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS if applicable). Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Testing & Deployment Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure reliability. Deploy and maintain applications on cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean). Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with PHP (7.x/8.x) & Laravel framework . Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and queue management (e.g., Laravel Queue, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Experience with REST APIs, WebRTC, and real-time communication technologies . Solid understanding of OOP, MVC, and design patterns . Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js/React is a plus). Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes . Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
