Sr. Paid Media Executive

Marol, Mumbai

What will you do?

Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), and other relevant channels.
Develop and manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).
Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and keyword analysis to refine targeting.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad copies, visuals, and video content that align with campaign objectives.
Implement and maintain accurate tracking and attribution through tools like Google Tag Manager, UTM parameters, and pixels.
Monitor campaign performance daily and identify optimization opportunities to improve KPIs.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Test new ad formats, bidding strategies, and audience segments to drive growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes affecting campaign performance.
Support in scaling new channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat, or programmatic platforms as needed.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media campaign management.
Proven experience in running high-performance campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, and ROAS optimization techniques.
Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads Reporting, Excel/Sheets.
Experience with conversion tracking, event setup, and audience segmentation.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
