Position: Senior Operations Analyst Location: Unacademy About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Operations Analyst to join our vibrant team at Unacademy. This role demands strong technical acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for solving operational challenges to enhance and scale our sales and business functions. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools. Automate workflows with Google Sheets , Advanced Excel, and App Script . Design and manage Google Forms and other tools for operational data capture. Partner with the Sales team to optimize workflows and derive actionable insights. Analyze key performance metrics and produce strategic reports . Address and resolve sales escalations quickly and efficiently. Manage and enhance CRM tools (ideally LeadSquared ). Communicate project progress and updates clearly with stakeholders. Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical domain. 2–4 years of experience in operations, sales enablement, or analytics. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace , especially Google Forms and App Script . Hands-on experience with CRM tools , preferably LeadSquared . Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker with strong attention to process and detail. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in EdTech or a fast-paced startup. Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting.
