Performs as a direct liaison between Syniverse small and medium sized domestic and international customers, selected vendors, and internal cross-functional resources during the implementation of Syniverse existing product sets that are categorized as medium size in complexity. - Some of What You'll Do Scope of the Role: Direct Reports: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Key Responsibilities: Contributes to delivering medium complexity product implementation solutions that meet customer objectives. Accurately interprets and validates contractual commitments and takes ownership for implementing the products and services described in the contract.
