Position Overview:

As a successful candidate for our Senior NetSuite Administrator/Developer position, you will work in a dynamic environment where your responsibilities range from production support to project implementation efforts.

Senior level administrators on our team support multiple business groups and/or applications so you may also be asked to learn other applications. You will collaborate tightly with a talented & committed applications team. You are an independent thinker, comfortable with sharing and accepting ideas in an open manner - and you expect the same to be reciprocated. You must possess solid written and verbal communication skills and have an aptitude for thriving in complex situations. Position Description:

• NetSuite Administration: Oversee all aspects of NetSuite administration, including user access, roles, permissions, customization, and configuration.
• Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations, workflows, scripts, and extensions using SuiteScript (1.0, 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite development tools.
• System Integration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate NetSuite with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support, diagnose issues, and resolve system-related problems in a timely manner to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions for end-users as needed.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of NetSuite updates, new features, and best practices. Evaluate and recommend system improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite in a moderately or highly complex business environment. eProductivity Software, the leader in the print and packaging software community, serves over 10,000 customers in over 25 countries. • Minimum 5-7 years overall IT experience.
• Administration and configuration experience in at least two (2) of the following functional areas: Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management
• Use of debug and tracing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of one (1) or more of the functional areas: Financials, Sales/Marketing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management

Desired Knowledge

• Understanding of NetSuite technical architecture, system level troubleshooting.
• Broad knowledge of a wide array of IT and accounting activities and processes beyond NetSuite.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge on Salesforce technical architecture, and experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce.
