About Role

The Senior MIS Executive – Data Analytics is responsible for managing MIS, FMS, and IMS reporting, delivering advanced data analytics, and providing actionable insights to management. The role focuses on automation, dashboarding, and analytical support across production, sales, inventory, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MIS, FMS (Financial Management System), and IMS (Inventory Management System) reporting
• Analyze production, sales, inventory, and financial data to identify trends, variances, and risks
• Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, forecasts, and management summaries
• Perform cost analysis, profitability analysis, budget vs actuals, and inventory aging/turnover analysis
• Automate reports using advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards)
• Handle large datasets with strong data validation, reconciliation, and governance
• Support audits, reconciliations, and senior management presentations
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Finance, Inventory, and HR teams
• Mentor junior MIS team members and support process improvements

Skills & Tools

• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets (Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards)
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, and business reporting
• Experience with ERP-based reporting, FMS & IMS
• Working knowledge of SQL / databases (preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, IT, or Data Analytics
• 3–8 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Operations Reporting
• Manufacturing or jewelry industry experience preferred
