Your Mission

As a Senior Merchandiser or Merchandiser or a Fresher , you'll lead the product lifecycle for some of the world’s most loved brands. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with global buyers, innovative factories, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life — on time, on trend, and on point. You’ll also champion smart ways of working using the latest tech stacks like ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and more.

What You’ll Do

·  Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage concept-to-delivery for multiple accounts across home, lifestyle or apparel.

· Global Collaboration: Be the bridge between UK/US/EU buyers and Indian supply chain partners. Translate vision into action.

· Tech-Savvy Merchandising: Use project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, Google Calendar) to drive visibility, accountability, and efficiency.

·  Supplier Management: Lead vendor onboarding, sampling, production timelines, T&A, and quality coordination.

·  Data-Driven Decision Making: Track weekly performance, analyze PO movement, and take proactive actions.

·  Smart Communication: Use Slack, Zoom, and shared digital boards to stay synced with internal and external stakeholders.

🧩 Problem Solver: Tackle daily production or quality hiccups with sharp thinking and a cool head.

Who You Are

• 6–10 years’ experience working with top-tier buying agencies, importers, or retailers (think Li & Fung, Williams-Sonoma, Sainsbury’s, NEXT, Target, etc.).
• Fresher with tech friendly mindset must apply, we are open for Freshers from all collages.
• Proven track record in managing multi-product categories — especially home décor, textiles, or fashion.
• Strong with timelines, costing, TNA calendars, quality benchmarks, and vendor negotiations.
• Super organized with an eye for detail and ability to multitask across regions and timelines.
• Comfortable in a digital workplace — G-Suite, project tools, virtual meetings, dashboards — you name it.
• Sense of urgency and respect for individuals.

Bonus Points If You

• Have worked with UK retail markets or home/lifestyle brands.
• Are already familiar with ClickUp, Asana, Airtable or similar tools.
• Love to work independently and own the process end-to-end.
• Are passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing.
