We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sr. Media Buyer to join our growing digital marketing team, focusing on managing large-scale paid search campaigns targeting the US market. This position requires availability during US business hours and experience managing substantial advertising budgets. About the Role: You will manage and optimize high-budget paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads platforms, including Performance Max (PMax), Responsive Search Ads (RSA), and Dynamic Search Ads (DSA). Our primary bidding strategy is target ROAS (tROAS), aiming to maximize return on ad spend while scaling performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize large-scale search campaigns targeting the US market Build and scale PMax, RSA, and DSA campaigns with strong creative and strategic structure Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time during US business hours Analyze and report campaign performance to uncover growth opportunities Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing minimum 6-figure monthly budgets in Google Ads and Bing Ads Strong knowledge of US consumer behavior and digital advertising trends Hands-on expertise with automated bidding strategies, especially tROAS Analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools and reporting Ability to work independently during US business hours Excellent English communication and reporting skills Show more Show less
