As our Human Resources Executive , you’ll be the culture carrier, people strategist, and operations anchor who helps us grow smart and scale fast. What You'll Own: Lead end-to-end recruitment & onboarding for high-performing talent across marketing, creative, and operations teams. Own and improve HR processes —from employee engagement to performance reviews. Support leadership in crafting a strong company culture , people policies, and team-building initiatives. Ensure smooth HR operations , compliance, contracts, and documentation. Be the go-to for internal communications and conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism. You’re a Fit If You: Have 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a digital/creative/agency environment. Love building culture, not just enforcing policy. Are organized, proactive, and thrive in high-growth, fast-moving settings. Know how to balance empathy with execution. Bonus: Familiar with hiring in digital marketing or eCommerce domains.
