As a Sr. Media Buyer at our company, your role will involve developing data-driven media plans, defining audience segmentation, and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring delivery against key performance indicators and conducting A/B tests to enhance campaign performance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop data-driven media plans in line with clients" objectives. - Define audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and budget allocation. - Set up, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms. - Ensure delivery against KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. - Conduct A/B tests to enhance campaign performance. - Utilize GA4 for comprehensive campaign tracking and insights. - Generate detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for clients. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaign objectives. - Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and insights regularly. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing full funnel media campaigns. - Proven expertise in media planning, strategy, and execution. - Strong proficiency with GA4 for campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting. - Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms. - Ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,
