As a Senior Media Buyer at Dropdash, you will play a crucial role in leading and scaling our performance marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze performance data to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and conversion rates. In this role, you will be tasked with developing and testing various ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies. Efficient budget management to ensure profitable campaign scaling will be a key focus area. Staying abreast of the latest advertising trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices is essential to drive success in this position. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior media buyers and collaborate with the marketing team to align media buying strategies with overarching business objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketer. Hands-on proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels is crucial. Strong analytical capabilities are required to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ROAS, and campaign performance metrics effectively. An ability to scale ad budgets profitably while managing multiple high-spending campaigns is essential. Prior experience in the dropshipping or e-commerce industry would be advantageous. A creative mindset for testing and optimizing ad performance, coupled with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team, are also highly desirable traits.
