Sr Manager/AVP - Business Development, Incentive Automation

As a Senior Manager/AVP/VP of Business Development for Incentive Automation at AdvantageClub.ai, you will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy and execution of the sales incentive automation platform in India. You will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy. Your role will involve generating high-value leads, closing complex deals, and overseeing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in India. - Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing sales team. - Overseeing lead generation efforts and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. - Driving the end-to-end sales process, engaging in high-value deals, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. - Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and key accounts. - Collaborating with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and successful implementation. - Staying ahead of industry trends and developing market penetration strategies. - Representing the sales function in senior leadership discussions and contributing to broader business strategy. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 4+ years of B2B sales experience in a senior leadership role selling SaaS platforms, HR tech, or incentive automation solutions. - Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve multi-million-dollar revenue targets. - Deep expertise in sales incentive automation and exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong market analysis, solution-tailoring, and team-building skills. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and team engagements. - Proficiency in sales performance tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
