Sr Manager Talent Acquisition

Role Description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Frontline Hiring to oversee and drive bulk hiring initiatives for our operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment processes, optimizing sourcing channels, and leading a team to meet aggressive hiring targets. Lead end-to-end bulk hiring processes for frontline roles across multiple locations. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates at scale. Collaborate with operational leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly. Manage and mentor a team of recruitment managers , recruiters and coordinators to ensure timely and efficient hiring. Ensure adherence to hiring quality standards, compliance, and diversity targets. Maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions. Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and attraction. Monitor and control recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred. 8+ years of experience in bulk/frontline hiring, preferably within the BPO/Call Center industry. Proven leadership skills with experience managing recruitment teams. Strong understanding of sourcing channels, recruitment tools, and assessment methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in ATS and recruitment analytics tools. Preferred Attributes Experience with high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of compliance and employment law related to hiring.
