The Senior Manager Process Excellence & Technology Management will be responsible for driving process excellence and leading the end-to-end management of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, technology platforms and capability building. This role will play a critical part in transforming TA operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, to deliver superior stakeholder/candidate experience.
The position requires strong expertise in process design, project management, TA systems (ATS/CRM/AI-enabled platforms), and stakeholder collaboration & Talent Acquisition operations.
This role partners with local and global key stakeholders to bring Talent Acquisition Transformation & Modernization to life at the GIC. The role reports to Head -Talent Acquisition.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Process Excellence
- Lead process transformation initiatives to standardize, simplify, and optimize TA operations.
- Evolve the current SLAs, and KPIs based on the trends and process maturity.
- Conduct regular process audits, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance recruiter productivity and hiring quality.
- Champion continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) methodologies within the TA function.
- Partner with compliance, audit, and HR teams to ensure recruitment policies and practices meet legal and organizational standards.
Technology Management
- Own the governance and roadmap of all TA technology platforms implementation (ATS, HRMS, assessment tools, interview platforms, AI/Other tools, dashboards).
- Drive technology adoption, training, and change management across the whole recruiting ecosystem (recruiters, interviewers, hiring managers, vendors etc).
- Collaborate with IT, HRIS, and vendors to ensure system stability, integration, and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks/dashboards for leadership visibility on recruiting performance and insights.
Strategic Leadership
- Act as the key liaison between TA, HR COEs, and business leaders to align process strategies with organizational hiring goals.
- Provide thought leadership & drive efficiency programs that reduce costs per hire, improve time to hire, enhances the quality of hire and enhance candidate/hiring manager experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects on process excellence, automation, analytics, and innovation in TA.
- Mentor and guide process/tech specialists within TA, building internal expertise and capability.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition operations & process excellence, or HR technology management.
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma certification etc).
- Strong experience in managing TA systems (Workday, iCIMS, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale TA transformation or digital implementation projects.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and action.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills.
