Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute an annual strategy to achieve the overall objective of Placements and Partnerships placing all students in roles which match their abilities with the requirements of top tier organizations. Work on documenting the high-level strategy and action plan for improving operational goals and suggestions on transformational objectives for the next 5 years, based on the analysis of the data points and inferences. Manage all placements and internship recruitment aspects on campus, including communications and outreach, handling grievances, managing external relationships, and planning and implementing orientations and workshops. Counsel students (one-on-one and in groups) on various placement-related issues such as resume building, group discussions etc. Manage various databases by liaising with other departments and industries and on-ground execution of placement processes.
