We are retained by a startup manufacturing and emerging technologies group at Hyderabad to assist them in fulfilling CFO position to be based at Hyderabad PFB details of the job Core Expertise: Fundraising and managing relationships with investors. Handling audit, finance & accounts, taxation, secretarial functions, board meetings, and preparation of balance sheets. Experience with IPO processes, FOREX and SEBI regulations Strong exposure to banking and finance Experience in developing budgeting processes and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management, external stakeholders, and investors. Analyze and propose action plans to meet financial objectives. Manage cash flows, monitor billing cycles, and oversee client payments. Handle all taxation-related documentation and compliance. Lead the Finance, Accounts, MIS, and Taxation functions while ensuring alignment with business goals. Forecast short-term and long-term financial needs aligned with business and project plans, and ensure cost-effective fund mobilization. Contribute to the companys overall growth, profitability, and strategic expansion through effective financial leadership. Candidate Profile: CA with 15 to 20 years of post-qualification experience, age around 45 years Strong leadership with the ability to steer the organization through financial strategy and planning in an evolving economic landscape. Expertise in corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management. Skilled in process improvement, quality management, and financial analysis. Experience in working with complex financial structures, ensuring compliance, and managing financial risk at a corporate level. A visionary finance professional who can align financial strategies with the organizations growth aspirations.
