Job Description

Role Overview: As the Senior Manager - Operations at Work Square, you will lead the operations team to deliver high-quality managed office spaces. Your role will involve overseeing soft services management, technical operations, project management, client relationship and stakeholder management, operational efficiency and excellence, as well as team leadership and development. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, exceptional client service, and efficient project execution across office locations in India. Key Responsibilities: - Soft Services Management: - Oversee housekeeping, security, front office, and hospitality services. - Develop and enforce SOPs for client-facing and back-of-house services. - Ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort for clients and employees. - Technical Operations: - Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility systems. - Implement maintenance programs to ensure uninterrupted office operations. - Work with technical vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Project Management: - Lead end-to-end project management for new office setups, renovations, or expansions. - Collaborate with design and build teams for timely delivery within budget. - Monitor project milestones, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to client specifications. - Client Relationship and Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary client contact for operational needs. - Develop relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors. - Act on client feedback to improve services continuously. - Operational Efficiency and Excellence: - Identify and implement process improvements for resource optimization. - Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. - Conduct audits for compliance with regulations. - Team Leadership and Development: - Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team. - Implement training programs to enhance team skills. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. - Experience: 10+ years in operations management with expertise in soft services, technical operations, and project management. - Skills: - Ability to manage large projects and operations. - Strong client relationship management and communication skills. - Proactive problem-solving approach. - Leadership skills with team management experience. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard facilities and project management software; MS Office proficiency.
