Operations management
On site Client meetings to understand the requirements, improvement areas and escalations
Knowledge of routes, induction, compliance and Transport softwares
Excellent knowledge of Interstate, State and other Tax
To look after daily allocation of cabs and overall Noida business
Monitoring daily performance or progress of team members
Managing daily business performance at all sites
ETS/Spot rental/Ad hoc disposal working experience of good number of years.
Reaching out and efficient reverting to client
Hiring new drivers, vendors and DCOs
MIS and timely invoice submission
Team engagement and briefing
