What are we looking for?

The person In a Mid-level position responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specific geographic region or zone. Their primary objective is to design sales strategy for qualitative client acquisition through effective Market Mapping, Market Analysis and Competitor analysis in assigned Market.

The person needs to be vigilant in exercising the duties and responsibilities. He/ She would be driving sales growth, managing sales operations, and achieving acquisition targets within a specific geographic region. This role requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape.

What does the job entail?

1. Sales strategy and planning:

Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy and plan for the assigned geographies to meet the company's objectives and revenue targets.

2. Market analysis:

Conducting market research and analysis to Identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs within the zone. Using this Information to develop sales plans and strategies that align with the local market.

3. Stakeholder relationship management:

Building and nurturing relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the zone. Maintaining an excellent understanding of customer needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction levels. Ring fencing of our clients & keeping a watch on competition activity.

4. Employer benefits Solutions for Corporate Annuities and NPS to the B2B Segment through value proposition to the Top management of the Corporates specially, the decision makers and key influencers & etc. Improve the brand visibility/opportunity through extending employee benefit solutions to various Corporates

5. Compliance and reporting:

Ensuring compliance with company policies, sales processes, and relevant laws and regulations. Providing regular reports and updates on sales achievements, performance metrics, and market conditions to senior management.

6. Collaboration:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives

7. Competitive analysis:

Monitoring and analysing competitor activities and market trends to identify potential. Threats or opportunities. Utilizing this information to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

8. Continuous improvement:

Identifying areas for process improvement and driving initiatives to enhance sales effluence, productivity, and effectiveness within the zone.

9. Making inroads through Market penetration & improving the brand visibility/opportunity through extending employee benefit solutions to various Corporates .Engaging & establishing a strong relationship with the Nodal officers & higher management of the corporates i I. Acquisition of new annuity & NPS corporate
