The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale recruitment processes, with a focus on sales and business development roles within the real estate sector. As the Head of Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, ensuring the right fit for key sales and business development positions. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams across locations to identify hiring needs, streamline recruitment processes, and improve the overall candidate experience. Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@InvestoXpert Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/investoxperts Google: https://www.investoxpert.com/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/investoxpert/ Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the recruitment teams in Noida, Gurgaon, Pune, Mumbai, and Bangalore. * Develop and implement recruitment strategies in alignment with the company’s growth objectives and talent needs. * Drive a data-driven approach to recruitment, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness. * Oversee the hiring process for critical sales and business development roles across all locations, ensuring the company attracts high-performing talent. * Create and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. * Build and maintain relationships with industry networks, universities, and recruitment agencies to stay updated on talent pools and trends. * Streamline and standardize the recruitment process across all locations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience. * Implement best practices for interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. * Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. * Regularly update leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and hiring forecasts. * Mentor and develop the recruitment team across multiple locations, ensuring continuous learning and career growth opportunities. * Foster a collaborative, high-performance work culture within the recruitment teams. * Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. * Analyze recruitment trends and provide recommendations to improve the hiring process. Skills and Qualifications: 1.Proven experience (7+ years) in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate or sales-driven industries. 2.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, with a focus on sales and business development. 3.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. 4.Experience in managing recruitment across multiple locations. 5.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. 6.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 7.A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant HR certifications will be a plus.
