5. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications and Experience expected:

·  Excellent written and oral English communication skills - Foreign language skill will be an advantage

·  Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

·  7+ years of experience in global business development and team management

·  Experience in Global bids / RFP / RFQ / RFI and sound knowledge in government tender management will be an added advantage

·  Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop winning bid strategies.
