Sr. Manager Accounts

DKEGL is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tally ERP Specialist to take ownership of our inventory and manufacturing accounting systems. This role involves structuring our entire material management process within Tally, with a core focus on establishing a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) and material flow to accurately track and minimize wastage.

The ideal candidate will also be part of migration to a cloud-based Tally environment and, over time, building a competent team to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• BOM & Material Flow Management:
• Develop, implement, and meticulously maintain multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM) for all products in the Tally item master.
• Define and map the complete end-to-end material flow, from raw material procurement and inter-godown transfers to production consumption and finished goods.
• Configure Tally to accurately reflect the shop floor reality, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Wastage Tracking & Analysis:
• Design and execute a robust system within Tally to track material wastage, scrap, and yield at various stages of the production cycle.
• Generate periodic MIS reports highlighting wastage trends, cost implications, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to reconcile physical stock with system data and investigate discrepancies.
• System Administration & Cloud Migration:
• Act as the company's primary Tally expert, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to all users.
• Lead the project for migrating the current Tally setup to a secure and efficient cloud-based platform.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and implement backup protocols.
• Team Development & Leadership:
• Train existing staff on best practices for inventory and manufacturing entries in Tally.
• Develop a roadmap to recruit, mentor, and manage a dedicated Tally support team in due course.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3-5+ years of proven hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and TallyPrime, specifically within a manufacturing organization.
• Technical Expertise:
• Mandatory: In-depth, practical knowledge of Tally's advanced inventory and manufacturing modules, including BOM, Job Costing, Stock Journals, and Manufacturing Journals.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully setting up systems to track production consumption and wastage.
• Prior experience leading or playing a key role in a Tally cloud migration project is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
