Sr. Accounts Manager ( 2 openings)

Prepare and analyse monthly MIS, Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage all GST, TDS related matters, including filing of returns, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Stay updated on GST laws and regulations.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvements.
Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Identify and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
Experience and proficiency in SAP, including its modules relevant to financial accounting and management.
Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. Prepare documentation and conduct analyses for transfer pricing audits.
Conduct costing and cost audits to ensure accurate cost allocation and control. Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
