Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a talented workforce that drives our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Job Postings: Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge: Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Working Hours & Days

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Daily Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Onsite (Lucknow)

Compensation & Probation

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
• Probation Period: 6 months from the date of joining.
