As a Senior IT Recruiter at our company located in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, your primary role will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles with a focus on C2H hiring. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking, and employee referrals. - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. - Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and candidate profiles. - Conducting interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. - Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically with a focus on C2H hiring. - Experience working with or recruiting for major IT companies. - Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends in the IT industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
