Sr. IT Recruiter

As a Senior IT Recruiter at our company located in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, focusing primarily on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions. Your duties will include sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various channels such as job boards, networking, and employee referrals. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs. Collaboration with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and candidate profiles will be an essential part of your role. You will conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. To excel in this position, you should possess proven experience in IT recruitment with a specific focus on C2H hiring. Previous experience working with or recruiting for major IT companies is highly desirable. A strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends in the IT industry is crucial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment and be a graduate from any discipline. The working schedule is 6 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The compensation package includes a competitive salary along with incentives.
