IT Sales Executive

As an IT Sales Executive at our dynamic recruitment agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet their hiring needs. Your key responsibilities will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities within the recruitment and staffing industry. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, generating leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. Understanding client hiring requirements and proposing customized recruitment solutions will be essential, along with negotiating contracts and agreements with clients. Collaboration with the recruitment team will be vital to ensure the successful delivery of services. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals, staying updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis, as well as maintaining accurate records of business development activities and client interactions are also key aspects of this role. We are looking for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience, and graduates from any discipline can apply. The job is based in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, and will require you to work 6 days a week from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, attractive incentives, cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and paid time off.
