HR Business Partner (HRBP) (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic HRBP to lead our Human Resources Business Partnering function. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in HR leadership, employee relations, engagement, policy design, and talent strategy. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving people-centric initiatives that align with business goals and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

• Lead the HRBP function, ensuring alignment between HR strategy and overall business objectives.
• Partner closely with senior leadership to design and implement talent strategies that enhance productivity, culture, and employee retention.
• Drive strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
• Employee Relations & Culture:
• Serve as a senior advisor and escalation point for complex employee relations issues.
• Promote a culture of openness, collaboration, and trust across all levels of the organization.
• Develop and oversee grievance handling mechanisms, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Employee Engagement & Experience:
• Lead the design and execution of organization-wide engagement and retention programs.
• Build and nurture a strong company culture through innovative engagement initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance employee experience through feedback and insights.

HR Operations & Process Excellence:

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit formalities.
• Ensure process consistency, policy compliance, and data integrity across all HR operations.
• Use analytics to monitor HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and workforce trends.
• Leadership & People Development:
• Mentor and develop the HRBP team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
• Partner with business leaders to identify learning needs and drive talent development initiatives.
• Support leadership in succession planning and capability building.
• Policy & Compliance:
• Lead the development, implementation, and periodic review of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 45 years in a senior HRBP leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead a geographically distributed HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, engagement, and organizational development.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS tools.
• Proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented professional with a passion for people and culture
