JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Role : HR Recruiter/Sr.HR Recruiter

Responsibilities:
· The ideal candidate must have experience as an end-to-end for both IT and Non-IT.· Should have good technical knowledge.· Responsible for end-to-end hiring: Sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and closing· Candidates for assigned requisitions.· Must have good experience in hiring Candidates.· Should have experience in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc) and other· open-source platforms and have a good pipeline of passive candidates.· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.· Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.· Maintaining an internal database of candidates as per their skill sets.· Excellent sourcing skills.

Qualifications
· Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills and

· Hiring and Recruiting experience along with team handling
· Strong communication skills· Ability to work well in a team environment· Knowledge of HR processes and regulations· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
