Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various departments. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job openings on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Source candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with offer negotiations and follow-up processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus drives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 03-05 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in (Must Industrial experience)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and job posting platforms.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.

Preferred : HR Recruiter in Industry (alloys, garment, mills etc)
