What You’ll Do:Align HR strategies with business goalsLead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningDrive employee engagement and a positive workplace cultureOversee performance reviews and feedback processesPlan impactful learning & development initiativesEnsure legal compliance and enforce HR policiesManage payroll, benefits, and compensationHandle grievances and resolve workplace conflictsTrack and report HR metrics to leadershipMentor and guide junior HR team membersWhat We’re Looking For:Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related fieldDeep knowledge of HR practices & labor lawsExcellent leadership, communication & people skillsProficient in HR tools and Microsoft OfficeIf you're passionate about people, performance, and culture, we want to hear from you!
