Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet current and future hiring needs.
Screen resumes and job applications to assess qualifications and fit for open roles.
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Co-ordinate the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, conducting interviews and making job offers.
Coordinating with management to understand their staffing needs & ensure Coordination with various departments and Branches.
Co-Ordinate pre- joining formalities and documentation.
Induction & Onboarding formalities , Employee Induction to staff.
Draft & issue various HR letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letters, termination Letters & Increment Letters.
Organizing and conducting team building activities and celebrations at the work place
such as monthly birthday celebrations festive celebrations etc
Follow-up with the PF consultant for challan generation related to PF, PT & ESIC.
