Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. HR Executive to join our team at ICON Group Of Schools, with 3-5 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement effective human resource strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to improve employee performance.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.
