Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team at ICON Group Of Schools, responsible for providing high-quality education to pre-school students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to meet the needs of young learners.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with other teachers on school-wide initiatives and programs.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Proven experience as a teacher in a pre-school setting.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of children and staff.
Familiarity with curriculum design and implementation.
