Job Description

we're looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the end-to-end employee life cycle starting from

hiring till separation

for our various Sales functions. you'll play a key role in driving recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations for these teams.

Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech):

  • End-to-end hiring for

    non-tech roles

    for sales functions

  • Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and outreach campaigns (Apna, Naukri, Internshala, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define JDs, screening criteria, and timelines
  • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition, while optimizing cost and performance.

Employee Relations:

  • Be the go-to HR partner for Sales functions
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and regular pulse check
  • Support managers with performance conversations and basic PIP processes
  • Manage onboarding, exits, and internal mobility within assigned functions
  • Handle conflict resolution, drive continuous feedback collection, and conduct regular pulse checks to gauge team sentiment and engagement.
  • Assist in retention strategy, especially for high-turnover roles

HR Operations:

  • Maintain

    hiring dashboards and HRBP trackers

  • Coordinate with payroll/ops team for seamless transitions (joins exits)
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance

What we're Looking For:

  • 3 4 years of experience in HR Generalist profile with a strong focus on

    volume hiring for Sales teams

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
  • Empathetic yet assertive approach when dealing with people matters
  • Experience with hiring tools (LinkedIn, Apna, Keka Hire, etc)
