Job Description

What we are looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's/PG degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
7 or more years of experience in QA/testing.
Excellent Analytical and communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies
Work in partnership with Scrum team members, including engineering and product management, to deliver business functionality on-time, with required quality, and that meets the acceptance criteria
Write test cases and scenarios from the requirements/designs; manage bug tracking.
Trigger, monitor and control the execution of automated test suites, identifying issues and potential gaps.
Support QA governance of test processes, data, and execution metrics to help drive improve the performance of team.
Perform risk analysis for features/projects in your ownership, provide mitigation and escalate appropriately.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze, debug and resolve any issues.
Use strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff.
Participate in internal/cross team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment.
Involved in requirements review and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation/performance strategy and ensuring best practices.
Participate actively in functional, system and regression testing activities.
Participate actively in release related activities, production deployment and validations.
Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions.
Proven skills working with UI and API automation frameworks and CT pipelines.
Good knowledge on coding skills in any programmatic language, preferable Python
Good at setting Quality standards in various new testing technologies in the industry
Experience in performance and accessibility testing preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good in API Automation, Python or any other programming language
Good knowledge of SQL
