Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Dealers by regular Monthly visits.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Analyze competitors activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Lead Generation and Prospecting for new dealer appointments in Delhi, Odisha, Gujarat, AP and Telangana states.
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to present new range of Bicycle products and services.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients in Retail Biycle Industry .
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals successfully.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Reporting and Documentation on regular basis by monthly visit to Ludhiana Head office.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
