Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Incharge to manage and grow our sales in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and market trends.
