Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge, located in Karnal. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned territory, providing customer service, training sales staff, and overseeing sales management activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting with clients, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring sales targets are met.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to train and mentor sales staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using sales software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the financial technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
