Territory Sales Incharge

You are invited to join Pidilite as a Territory Sales Incharge based in Satara. As a Territory Sales Incharge, you will play a crucial role in achieving overall sales objectives by working closely with DRCP outlets in the assigned WSS TTY. Your primary responsibilities will include meeting both primary and secondary sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis, while focusing on specific product-wise sales objectives. In this role, you will be expected to manage WSS functions such as policy enforcement, claim management, balance confirmations, and suggesting corrective actions when needed. Additionally, you will support the Secondary in ISR Covered Outlets and maintain strong trade relationships to deliver secondary targets in top outlets through engagement and tie-up programs. To enhance end-user engagement, you will be required to conduct activities such as Naka meet, RKP, and Formal Meet as per the plan. Furthermore, you will enroll new users in the RTG Program and encourage them to accumulate higher points every month. To qualify for this position, you should have 2 to 10 years of experience in Channel Sales, be up to 32 years of age, hold a graduate degree, possess excellent communication skills, and have industry experience in Building Material, Adhesives, Paint, Tiles, Ceramics, Plywood, Laminate, FMCG, Hardware Products, Cement, and Construction Chemicals.
