Lead end-to-end solution design for new and existing business opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, and finance teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
Analyze client requirements and existing operations to identify improvement areas and recommend optimal solutions.
Create business cases including cost modeling, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
Present solution concepts to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Own and manage the solution design process from discovery to final proposal and transition to implementation.
Stay up to date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings.
Participate in RFI/RFP processes and support bid management activities.
Build and maintain a repository of standard solution components, templates, and case studies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
610 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales, business analysis, or consulting.
Strong understanding of business process design and improvement methodologies.
Experience with pricing, cost modeling, and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
