Lead the end-to-end solution design process for strategic client opportunities or internal business initiatives.
Analyze client requirements, operational data, and industry trends to develop optimal solutions.
Collaborate with sales, operations, technology, finance, and product teams to create integrated solution proposals.
Develop and present detailed business cases, cost models, ROI analyses, and process flows.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with tailored technical and commercial proposals.
Engage in client-facing presentations and workshops to articulate solution value and feasibility.
Drive continuous improvement by standardizing solution components and updating the solution repository.
Ensure that proposed solutions align with legal, compliance, and operational constraints.
Support implementation teams during the transition from design to delivery.
Track key performance indicators for deployed solutions and recommend refinements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Business (MBA preferred).
610 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales, project management, or consulting.
Strong experience in creating proposals, business models, and solution documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and tools like AutoCAD, Tableau, or Power BI.
Knowledge of supply chain/logistics (if applicable), ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), or IT infrastructure.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
