About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including understanding job requirements, creating JDs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Lead leadership and mid-to-senior level hiring in collaboration with business leaders and functional heads.
  • Conduct

    industry and competitor mapping

    to understand talent availability, market benchmarks, compensation trends, and potential target organizations.
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with internal stakeholders to align hiring requirements with business needs.
  • Drive

    Campus Recruitment initiatives

    including campus shortlisting, relationship management with institutes, pre-placement talks, conducting assessments, and onboarding fresh talent.
  • Source talent through multiple channels such as job portals, social platforms, professional networks, referrals, headhunting, and industry events.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership and management reviews.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to improve quality of hire, hiring speed, and employer branding.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions and future hiring requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of selected candidates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in

    end-to-end recruitment

    for various roles and functions.
  • Proven expertise in

    leadership hiring

    and direct talent sourcing.
  • Strong

    industry mapping skills

    and understanding of market dynamics and talent landscape.
  • Experience handling

    Campus Recruitment cycles

    independently.
  • Excellent

    stakeholder management

    , influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and MS Office applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in talent acquisition within corporate environments.
