Job Location – Full Time, Based in Navi Mumbai - Ghansoli

Key Responsibilities:

1.HR Operations -

Receive and document resignation letters from exiting employees. Maintain accurate and complete HR records, such as personal files, recruitment files, and PF documents

Manage operational tasks such as issuing ID cards, visiting cards, badges etc.

Documentation and record-keeping activities.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Track probation review timelines, and ensure outcomes are documented and communicated formally via letters.

Administer the appraisal process (annual/mid-year), verify forms, and share consolidated results in specified formats.

Provide support during company audits.

Liaise with bank executives to facilitate the opening of salary accounts for new employees.

Coordinate with agency to conduct background verification (BGV) for newly hired employees.

Liaise with insurance agency to manage claims and resolve issues promptly

2.Payroll Management:

Track daily attendance of all staff in the prescribed Excel format, as per organizational requirements. Maintain the leave database, including eligibility, availed leaves, and balance leaves, at the district level.

Process payroll for respective BU on roll & contractual labor in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, leaves, and overtime for contractual staff.

Handle staff & labor queries related to salary

3.Employee Relations:

Address grievances, resolve conflicts and promote a culture of transparency and fairness.

4 .HR Metrics:

Track, analyse and present key HR metrics, such as attrition, headcount and engagement scores. Provide insights to the sales leadership team to drive data-backed decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience of 3 to 8 years preferably from FMCG background

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem
