Sr. Executive - HR

Dhraa Group of Companies is a fast-growing diversified organization with interests across multiple sectors. We strongly believe that people are our greatest asset, and we are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle management.
• Plan, organize, and conduct campus recruitment drives across India (December – March) in collaboration with educational institutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and retention strategies to foster a positive workplace environment.
• Support performance management processes, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
• Act as a trusted HR partner for employees, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3–6 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a corporate setup.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee engagement, and campus recruitment.
• Willingness to travel extensively for nationwide campus drives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Immediate availability to join.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹44,267.93 per month
