Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Public Relations Specialist to join our team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public relations, with the ability to navigate diverse client interactions seamlessly. This role requires a polished communicator who can adapt their approach to suit various clientele while maintaining the integrity of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute effective public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to secure coverage and promote brand initiatives.
• Develop engaging content for press releases, articles, social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters to promote brand awareness and engage with the audience.
• Organize and coordinate promotional events, press conferences, and media briefings to enhance visibility and foster relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align PR strategies with overall business goals.
• Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape to inform PR strategies and campaigns.
• Provide media training and support to company spokespeople to ensure effective communication during interviews and public appearances.
• Analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives through metrics and reporting, making recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential public relations issues proactively.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers, to enhance media outreach efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and mission in all communications and interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with diverse clientele.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences and situations.
• Proficient in using PR tools and platforms for media monitoring and outreach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,657.27 per month
