Job Role

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure seamless onboarding and induction for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Facilitate grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in line with company policy.
• Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles and feedback sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, etc.).
• Assist in identifying training needs and developing L&D plans.
• Assist in developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
• Analyze feedback and propose action plans for improved employee satisfaction.
• Oversee general administration such as housekeeping, security, canteen, and transport.
• Coordinate with vendors for facility management and ensure AMC renewals
